The Grateful Dead was an American rock band formed in 1965.

History[edit]

Their album "Long Strange Trip To Shelbyville" is used by the Eco-friendly Activists during Homer's beer detox, which he listened to for three days.[1]

When Homer found the free trampoline ad in the Springfield Shopper, one of the other items being given away was Grateful Dead tickets for a concert in Capitol City.[2]

An advertisement for free tickets for a concert in Capitol City was published in the newspaper.[3]
