The Sex Pistols were an English punk-rock band that appeared in a story told by Bart Simpson.

History

The Sex Pistols were performing in a club when Nancy Spungen walked in and fell for Sid Vicious, the bassist of the band. After the concert, the Sex Pistols went to The Boiled Potato where Nancy met up with them and offered the band some chocolate. Everyone refused but Sid and Nancy and Sid started eating chocolate together, becoming close. As a result of this, Sid started rejecting his band more and more due to his addiction and infatuation with Nancy.

Eventually, the Sex Pistols go to perform in the San Antonio Arena in Texas. Sid turns up late for the concert then struggles to play, causing parts of the stage to come crashing down. After this, Nancy tells the rest of the band that Sid was going to quit and she and Sid were going to start their own duet.
