Cat Stevens is a British singer-songwriter.

History[edit]

During an interview with Kent Brockman, Homer said Yusuf Islam would always be Cat Stevens to him.[1]

When Homer had a bad dream about Islam taking over, the The Genie turned all the music genres in the music store have been turned into Cat Stevens music.[2]

Behind the Laughter[edit]

Having been a hit artist in the early 70s, Cat Stevens famously converted to Islam in 1977, changing his stage name to Yusuf Islam. Between 1979 and 2006 he left the music industry to devote himself to educational and philanthropic causes in the Muslim community.
