Otto and the Screaming Whiners is a band where Otto is one of the member.
History
When "Otto and the Screaming Whiners" records their song after Lisa's recording of her saxophone due to a recording error the recordings get mixed. Otto then submits the tape to a radio station which plays the song and it becomes a hit in Springfield.
