The cockroach actor is an actor who played Gregor Samsa in the play Roach.
History
When Lisa, Julian, Katya, and Lars went to watch Roach, Lisa got horrified at the way the character was being treated and stepped in to stop it. Tracy Letts, who wrote the play, told Lisa that she proved that she was one of the most sensitive and artistically attuned people he'd ever met. Backstage, the cockroach actor was seen talking with people, and then put his hand together with Lisa, Julian, and Katya. He then said that he misread the situation when they looked at him.
The cockroach actor later took part in the mob chasing down Lisa after she ran away with the check that was made out to Julian. It's unknown whether he was part of the scheme or if he was only after Lisa because he thought she stole an art piece.
