The Duff Brewery in Springfield is the place where Duff Beer is made. The tour of the brewery is very popular. Most visitors to the Duff Brewery leave with a greater-than-16 blood-alcohol level, due to the copious amounts of free beer samples.
The Duff Brewery was located on an island in the middle of a river, and a bridge was originally supposed to be opened after construction, but due to Homer's stupidity he blew the bridge up when throwing Dynamite used to demolish the old Springfield Mall into the river the day before it was supposed to open, causing Trucks containing Duff Beer to fall into the river.

In The Simpsons Road Rage, the brewery is located in the Entertainment District, where it is a drop-off location. The brewery can be entered by driving through the glass windows. Inside, it is shown producing Duff Lite and Duff Dry.
In The Simpsons: Hit & Run, the brewery is located at the Springfield waterfront in Levels 3 and 6. It is shown producing Duff, Duff Lite and Duff Dry, and the Duff Blimp floats nearby. When the player is in the vicinity of the brewery, an instrumental version of the song "Duff Beer For Me" plays in the background. Bart learned that ray guns were being hidden in Duff Trucks, so he rammed one of the trucks with his car as it was leaving the brewery and collected the guns. He also found a gun next to the blimp. He showed the guns to Krusty to prove that aliens were using them as part of a conspiracy to control human behavior. Later, Bart learned that Kang and Kodos were at the brewery, so he and Homer raced there against a Chase Sedan and encountered the aliens emerging from the brewery inside their spaceship. Before flying off, the aliens revealed their plans to raise the dead to boost ratings for their reality TV show Foolish Earthlings.
In The Simpsons Game level "Around the World in 80 Bites", the factory's interior is decorated with different countries ambients for an eating contest.
