Phil is a beer checker at the Duff Brewery.

History

Barney and Homer went on a tour of Duff Brewery when they met Phil at the quality control department. He works as quality control checker, his job involves analyzing several cans of Duff on a conveyor belt. When Barney met him he tells Phil that he's doing a great job and Phil thanks him while some less-than-wonderful bottles of Duff go by.
