At the New Awareness Awards, Taco performed a tribute to Falco using a synthesizer. Willie Nelson, who hosted the awards, praised Taco and considered his tribute to be "lovely".
Behind the Laughter
Taco is an Indonesian-born, German-based singer. His rise to fame in the early 1980s was based on the popularity of his cover of "Puttin' on the Ritz" by Irving Berlin, arranged as a medley with references to other Irving Berlin songs.
