Pharrell Williams, also known simply as Pharrell, is an American singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer, and fashion designer.

History

Pharrell Williams came to Springfield and suggested he would write the new town anthem. However, it was decided that Lisa would write it. He then began singing his song "Happy". The scene cut to him tied up on to a bareback horse running in the sunset yelling "Shelbyville rules! Springfield drools!".
