History

When Patty and Selma wanted Homer to do a father quiz they said to Marge that Henry Winkler is a father and he told a close friend "I don't always keep my cool like the Fonz but my love for my kids has given me plenty of happy days."[1]

When Lisa was a baby Homer read to her from the TV guide. He read about an episode of Happy Days where The Fonz, played by Henry Winkler, is worried that he's losing his cool.[2]

When Moe and Maya were in bed together, Moe said that he wished the moment could last forever, like Henry Winkler's career. Moe then said that he never jumped the shark, and brought up the fact that he did in Happy Days.[3]
