When Brian and Chris Griffin were pretending to be playing with Santa's Little Helper in the kitchen, Chris, who was making a "broad story", said that Matthew McConaughey was there and said McConaughey's quote "alright, alright, alright".
Behind the Laughter[edit]
Chris saying "alright, alright, alright" is a reference to what McConaughey started off his speech with when he won the Academy Award for Best Actor in March 2014 and has been his catchphrase since portraying the David Wooderson character in the coming of age film Dazed and Confused in 1993. Wooderson would be parody in "Homerpalooza" during Homer's high school flashback.
