Dr. Hedrick Hertzmann is a child psychologist.

History[edit]

He was interviewed on WZEN News by Gloria Grand. He told her about his theory that William G. Maimes was a soviet spy using his comic books to turn children into delinquents. Radioactive Man believed his theory and tried to prove it, asking Hertzmann who his source was and getting tips on how to find Dr. Crab from him.

Hedrick Hertzmann was later testifying in court against Maimes when Radioactive Man showed up with a pile of Maimes' comic books that he found in Dr. Crab's factory. After Maimes was locked up, Hertzmann revealed himself to be J.J. Bellwether in disguise.
