Meeting Clancy

Clancy mentioned that she was more beautiful at the Jellyfish festival dance than the day he arrested her. She giggled and blushed in reply. He then mentioned that he only planted crystal meth on her so she would "notice" him since he was too shy to go up to her and ask to go out with her and later marry her, despite Sarah being innocent.[5]

In an out-of-continuity episode, in which various supporting characters get spin-offs, one has Sarah's marriage to Clancy eventually dissolves and they get a divorce. He gets custody of Ralph and moves to New Orleans.[6]

Sarah Wiggum used to be a thief, along with her partners Bette, Erin, and Lindsey Naegle. On a jewel robbery, Sarah met Clancy, who was a security guard at the building they were robbing. Sarah distracted Clancy, but also fell in love with him. Lindsey Naegle turned on her partners and got them arrested and made off with the jewels, including the hourglass diamond. Since Sarah was distracted with Clancy at the time, she managed to get away.[2]
