Billy is a child actor.

History[edit]

Billy in McGarnigale.

McGarnigale once tried to get Billy's character to explain fully what he saw, even though he was afraid to do it. He was the only witness that could clear McGarnigale from being guilty of something he had not done. After he told the truth, somebody killed him by slitting his throat from ear to ear.[1]

He has portrayed eponymous characters in films such as Troy McClure's Birds: Our Fine Feathered Colleagues and Someone's in the Kitchen with DNA!, and an episode of McGarnigale.[2]

He attended the Thanksgiving parade where on a Christmas float, a Santa-dressed Mr. Burns threw fish guts at the crowd, and some landed on him.[3]

Behind the Laughter[edit]

He was supposed to appear in more episodes but due to Troy McClure's voice actor Phil Hartman's untimely death he was retired along with the character Troy McClure.

A similar boy, Jimmy, appeared in "Lisa the Vegetarian".
