History
When Krusty wanted to play Crispy the Clown they didn't give him the role, but they did give him the roles of Angry the Clown, Silly Sailor or Dr. Clownius. He told them that he wouldn't let them down, though he might with Silly Sailor.[1]

Radioactive Man: The Movie
Dr. Clownius is a villain who has an army of clowns. When some of his clowns found Silly Sailor, they brought him to meet Dr. Clownius.
