For the vehicle in The Simpsons: Hit & Run, see School Bus (Hit and Run).
School Bus
Vehicle Information

The School Bus is a vehicle usually driven by Otto, and it's main purpose is to take children to and from Springfield Elementary School.

History

The bus is often shown to be in severe disrepair, a result of both Otto's bad driving and a lack of school funds.

Aside from taking kids to and from school, it has occasionally been used for other jobs, such as taking kids to Kamp Krusty[1] and to a civil war reenactment at Fort Springfield.[2]

For a time, it was also briefly driven by Principal Skinner because Otto had caused too many accidents and had no driver's license.[3]

Otto once drove the school bus over a bridge, causing the Model U.N. Club to become stranded on a deserted island for some time.[4]
