Bus 23 was a bus used by Springfield Elementary on a field trip.
History[edit]
Otto, the driver of the bus, lost control, and the bus ended up submerged beneath the icy waters of the river. Years later, Lisa found the bus at the bottom of the river after falling from a Duff blimp. When the bus rose to the surface, she discovered it was filled with mannequins because the school had needed to clear an abandoned classroom of the objects. The mannequins had to be returned to the factory, or the school would have been charged for keeping them an extra day.
