Rocky Balboa is a fictional professional boxer from the Rocky film series.

History

The two characters move back and forth inside a boxing ring while continuously spouting the same bits of dialogue, with Rocky saying "You ain't so bad," and Clara Peller asking "Where's the beef?"[1]

He is also one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".[2]
