History

Rod Runtledge thought that his twin brother Dodd died in a plane crash in a remote South American jungle. After Rod became Fallout Boy, he discovered that his brother was still alive while at the drug store to pick up photos from the armed forces day barbecue, which contained a picture of Dodd. After Rod, as Fallout Boy and Radioactive Man, met him at a peace gathering for hippies. They defeated Hypno-Head, who had mind controlled everyone. After finding out that Dodd had amnesia and couldn't remember anything after the plane crash, Radioactive Man sent him to military school.[1]
