Libby Biaz can give people a good reputation by writing about them. She can give sagging careers a second act and find parties to help boost your reputation. She takes a 20% commission.[1]
History[edit]
Fallout Boy went to Libby Biaz when he was tired of being a sidekick and wanted an image change. Libby got Fallout Boy to join the Bang Gang undercover so he could take them out from the inside. However, Radioactive Man didn't even notice he had joined the Bang Gang, which Fallout Boy complained to Libby about.
After Fallout Boy managed to turn the Bang Gang around so they were doing good deeds, the Bang Gang signed up with Libby Biaz.[2]
