Isotope Rodriguez is the leader of the Bang Gang.

History

When Fallout Boy wanted to join the Bang Gang to take them down from the inside, Isotope Rodriguez agreed to let him, if he joined them in attacking Zenith Mall. However, Radioactive Man, who was now using Zenith Mall as his headquarters, stopped him and the gang. Radioactive Man then convinced Isotope Rodriguez to have his gang be Radioactive Man's new bodyguards.

Eventually, Fallout Boy turned the Bang Gang good and they went to Libby Biaz for help with their image.
