History
Chief Hoolihan was on the phone trying to get hold of Radioactive Man when Gloria Grand was in his office to interview him. He had received a note for Radioactive Man from Larva Girl that said that she had kidnapped Fallout Boy and wanted Radioactive Man to get Zirconia-Gems from the planet Remitrom. Radioactive Man then broke through Hoolihan's wall before flying off.
