Skippy Simpson, also known as Picard Simpson,[1] is the older child of Bart Simpson and Jenda. He has a lisp when talking.
History[edit]
He unwillingly went to his father's for Christmas and spent a lot of time with his grandfather instead. Bart, annoyed at this, tried to be a better father to both him and his brother, and Homer helped him by telling the kids that Bart wasn't perfect but they should still love him.[2]
He and his brother were chasing Homer's consciousness through pictures in Homer's house as a game. They came round to Bart's apartment and revealed that their mother wasn't happy as she had broken up with her boyfriend, Jerry. Later, they were both happy to find out that their mother and father were having another go at things, although it didn't work out.[3]

Skippy attended Thanksgiving with the rest of the Simpson family after Homer passed away.[5]
