Aunt Mabel is the aunt of Parker Peterman.
History
When Parker came home from school early, Mabel told Benny that Parker had been in an argument with Buck Curtis. After Parker turned into a giant, radioactive spider, Mabel got annoyed at Parker for destroying the house. She then told Radioactive Man to squish him like a bug.
She later went to Zenith Hospital to see Parker, when he was human again.

Aunt Mabel is a parody of Aunt May from Spider-Man comics.
