Petroleus Rex (real name Rex Bernstein) is an enemy of Radioactive Man and a member of The Fossil Fuel Four.

History

Before becoming a supervillain, he was environmental scientist Rex Bernstein. He was attacking the Zenith City nuclear power plant with the rest of the Fossil Fuel Four. Together, The Fossil Fuel Four defeated and killed Radioactive Man.

Powers

He can shoot gas from the pumps on his arms.
