Kate Stone is a beauty pageant contestant who becomes a judge in the 21st century.
History
Kate Stone sent an anonymous tip to Gloria Grand's boss saying that the beauty pageant in Hornsby was rigged. Gloria came to investigate and Kate found her before fainting. Kate then told Gloria about Desiree Del Monica and how every woman in the contest changed when she arrived.
In 2001, Kate Stone became a beauty pageant judge. She denied Desiree entry for being too zaftig (plump and round figured). This is the reason Desiree went back in time to get revenge on Kate.
