J.J. Bellwether is a comic book publisher.

History[edit]

He was interviewed by Gloria Grand on WZEN News about juvenile delinquency, claiming that it was violent comics by William G. Maimes that were the cause. Gloria thought that the reason he was attacking Maimes was because Maimes' comics were outselling his.

He was later revealed to be Hedrick Hertzmann in disguise and said that it was his plan all along to get Maimes locked up so he could dominate the comic book market.
