History

Stan Lee once jammed a Thing action figure into Database's Batmobile, breaking the toy in the process.[1]

At a superhero themed pub crawl, Homer dressed as The Thing.[2]

Comic Book Guy has bookends of The Thing and The Hulk.[3][4]

On Comic Book Guy's list of greatest quotes of all time is "It's clobberin' time!" by The Thing.[5]
