Bartless on a Tuesday is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #19.
Milhouse and Martin should meet Bart, but after three hours waiting they decide not to wait for him any more and go away with Martin's new robot, which can take a bully's beating. Meanwhile, Bart is making the world's largest water balloon in the backyard.
