The Flash is a DC superhero with super speed.

History

When Lyle Lanley visited Springfield Elementary School a kid asked him if the Springfield Monorail can outrun The Flash, which he said it could. Another kid asked him if Superman outrun The Flash and Lanley said that he could.^[1]

Comic Book Guy dressed as him to run the Springfield Marathon. He said "No one can outrun The Flash!" before he fell down a manhole.^[2]

Behind the Laughter

Hot Flash from "Dark Knight Court" is a parody of The Flash.
