The dream Simpson sister is a fictional fourth Simpson child who appeared in a dream Bart had.

History

When Marge mentioned to Bart that he could have another sister instead of a brother if Marge went off her birth control, Bart imagined what that would be like in the future. Bart was stuck carrying bags from when Lisa, Maggie and his newest sister went shopping together. Lisa told her sisters that shopping was the most fun you could have standing up. The new sister then said that they should have seen what she did on her last flight to London, and that they didn't call it "Virgin" Airlines any more.
