The Avengers are a group of superheroes from a franchise owned by Marvel.
History
When Reverend Lovejoy presented Stan Lee at Comic Book Guy's funeral he mentioned at he was the creator of The Avengers.[1]
Several The Avengers-looking character appear at the Capital City Googolplex Theaters in a superhero movie, where they form the Assemblers Assemble.[2]
