Hot Flash is presumably Alice Glick's superhero alter ego, in what is most likely an oversight. However, as she is dead it could be a co-incidence. She is part of The Dependables.

Hot Flash was called upon to become part of The Dependables after Fruit Bat Man was captured by The Abominable Dr. Lenny.
