Waylon Smithers, Jr. goes to visit him at his house to ask him to come work at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant so that he could join the softball team. Don Mattingly acts nice towards Smithers and invites him into his house. All through his training, Mr. Burns told him to get rid of his sideburns.
