After Lisa stole the Teachers' Edition schoolbooks, he tries to entertain his students by talking about the '60s.[2] When Homer was accused of harassment, he is among the crowd that follows him for a whole day.[3] The hippie teacher went to an "emergency caucus" that the teachers union called.[4] He was part of the teachers' strike that Mrs. Krabappel organized.[5]
