Springfield Orphanage is the only known orphanage in Springfield.

History

Mr. Burns once mentioned he was on his way to demolish the orphanage but he was held up at the Fortune Megastore.[1] Cletus has one time left one of his kids and they were adopted by the Selma. But since Cletus misunderstood Brandine she returns the kid to him.[2] Once, Lindsey Naegle worked there. Later Bart tried to adopt a little brother from the orphanage but was denied. One of the children who lived at the orphanage, Charlie heard that Bart wanted a little brother and was tired of the orphanage and fled to the Simpson family. Later he came back to the orphanage and was adopted.[3]
