History
Homer called the radio show to talk about how much Ned Flanders sucked as coach of the Springfield Wildcats. Roy broke him off and asked if he had a question for Sandy Koufax. Homer had - he asked if she thought Flanders was a big jerk. After he said that, he was cut off, so he called the show again, but when they realized it was Homer, they cut him off again.[1]
When Krusty walked on The Jewish Walk of Fame with his dog he told it to pee on Sandy Koufax's star as he lost ten grand when Sandy wouldn't pitch on Yom Kippur.[2]
Sandy Koufax is one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".[3]
