Gummy Joe is a Springfield Nuclear Power Plant worker.

History[edit]
He has one tooth, which he calls "Chomper." He has lost all of the others and his "chomper" is still in his mouth only because of the Power Plant's dental plan. He uses his chomper to open cans.[1]
He was also once seen on a package of bubble gum as "Toothless Joe."[2]
