Dick Testiclees is a teacher at Springfield Elementary School.
History[edit]
Seymour Skinner had to comfort Dick Testiclees as he was getting bullied by pupils in the school due to his name. As Skinner was comforting him, Nelson shouted "Ha! Ha! We don't know when to stop", upsetting Mr. Testiclees even more.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
Mr. Testiclees' name is an obvious pun on male body parts.
