Dr. Smith is playing by Homer that tell her at they has being stuck on this godforsaken planet has vanquished what little appetite I have. Robot B-9 was in a booth at the Bi-Mon-Sci-Fi-Con along with Dr. Smith. When Smith said "The pain of it all!" after Bart didn't recognize him as being Smith (due to having only seen the movie and not the TV show), Robot B-9 laughed and said, "You have still got it, Dr. Smith." Smith shushed the robot and called him a nickel-plated nitwit. Smith then asked Bart to meet him at the food court later and Robot B-9 warned him off by shouting, "Danger! Danger! Bart Simpson!" Bart heeded Robot B-9's warning and quickly left.[2]
The Museum of TV and Television has a statue of Robot B-9 at the Things That Should't Talk, But Do section.[3]
