History[edit]

He gave parents a speech at Springfield Elementary School telling them that too much praise and too many trophies will lead children to become millennials, making them soft, entitled narcissists. He told the parents that they should follow G.R.I.T. (Get Up, Retry, I Don't Care If You're, Tired). He also told them that G.R.I.T. stood for "Get Rid of Idiotic Trophies".
