Tony Hawk is a professional skateboarder who once befriended Bart.
History[edit]
When Bart became emancipated and moved into his own apartment, he found (to his delight) that Tony Hawk was one of his neighbors. Tony threw huge parties in his apartment just above Bart along with Blink-182. Bart soon came to idolize Hawk, much to Homer's annoyance and frustration because he couldn't compete with Hawk's coolness.
Homer later challenged Hawk to a skate-off in order to show him up, figuring that he would easily win with the aid of a super-powered skateboard that could make anyone do amazing stunts.
