History
Wayne was employed by the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant as a guard, replacing Larry. Homer took a liking to him although Wayne wouldn't reciprocate this feeling. Later, when Wayne was walking back to his flat in the rain, soon hail, Homer came by and offered him a lift to Moe's, which he eventually accepted.
