Homer's hallucination[edit]
Homer started to hallucinate after getting a concussion. After angry husband threatened to shoot Homer after he flirted with his woman, Cain told Homer to squirt a lemon in his eye, then a lime. They both ran off, and Cain seemed to enjoy it.

Homer said that his nagging was making him like a second wife, so Cain transformed into a woman to tell Homer that he could do that. Later, when the same angry husband tried to kill Homer again, Homer bashed his head to get his hallucination back.
