Ms. Kelp is a substitute teacher, who was Lisa Simpson's substitute teacher for a time.
History[edit]
When half of the teachers at Springfield Elementary receive food poisoning and substitute teachers are forced to fill in for them for the rest of the week. Lisa's new teacher is very strict on her. Meanwhile, the school's art's and craft's show approaches. Lisa brings in a sand casting which represents many races and cultures joining hands, but her teacher misinterprets it as an anti-multicultural theme. Nonetheless, she still receives an A.
