Mr. Gammill is a man who worked for the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. He has a wife and a son called Tom.
History
They attend Mr. Burns' picnic, where Tom complained about missing Little League and Mr. Burns fired Mr. Gammill. Smithers said that he'd be gone by the tug-of-war.[1] He was still working for the Plant as he, along with his wife and Tom, attended the Plant get-together at the Springfield War Memorial Stadium.[2]
