King Bart, also known as Evil Bart, is an evil king in an alternative universe.

History

After King Bart took over the world, Sideshow Bob used a device to transport Bartman, Stretch Dude, and Cupcake Kid to his dimension to stop him. When the three of them got to Evil Bart's Castle, they confronted King Bart, but were trapped in a forcefield. Evil Bart had taken over the world using Professor Frink's help, with Frink only helping him as King Bart had taken his favorite lab monkey, Mr. Bananas, hostage. King Bart also had Frink turn his family into birds, who he then kept locked in a birdcage. King Bart asked if any of the other Barts wanted to join him, and Cupcake Kid accepted the offer.

As King Bart was showing Cupcake Kid around the castle, the other two Barts find a cupcake with "It's a diversion dummies!" written on it. Stretch Dude then transformed into a monkey to trick Frink into letting them out of the forcefield and Cupcake Kid attacked King Bart with a cupcake. Stretch Dude and Bartman went around the castle until they found where Mr. Bananas was. With Mr. Bananas safe, Frink returned King Bart's family to human form and he got told off by Marge. With King Bart defeated, the three heroes went back to their own universes.
