The Joker is a person who is seen around Springfield occasionally.

History

He was standing in line to get Beatrice Simmons' inheritance when Grampa offered it out to anyone.

During the song "High to Be Loathed", Mr. Burns mentioned The Joker and made his shadow, among lots of other villains.

In a mash-up by Bart with Bob Fosse and The Joker, you got Insane Clown Fosse.
