Dr. Olberman is a scientist who works at the power plant and is often shown working alongside Professor Frink.

Dr Olberman is also shown talking to his boss about the Simpsons. Dr. Olberman has curvy blond hair and usually has glasses with dark lenses.

Olberman created the growing ray, Which was used on Homer, and then the antidote. He also invents the Nuclear fission donuts. (Donuts)
