The Joker is a person who is seen around Springfield occasionally.

History

He was seen standing in line to get Beatrice Simmons' inheritance when Grampa offered it out to anyone.

During the song "High to Be Loathed", Mr. Burns mentions The Joker, and makes his shadow, among lots of other villains.

In a mash-up by Bart with Bob Fosse and The Joker you get Insane Clown Fosse.
